Waganari Consulting LLC is a Wyoming-incorporated advisory firm founded by Benedikt Wagner. With 18 years as an investment professional spanning global financial markets, Benedikt has built deep expertise across equity research, portfolio management, corporate finance, and capital markets advisory.
An Oxford graduate and CFA charterholder with hands-on experience in both buy-side and sell-side roles, Benedikt has advised on transactions, built financial models, and shaped investor communication strategies for companies across multiple sectors and geographies. His career has taken him through leading financial institutions where he developed a rigorous, data-driven approach to decision-making.
In recent years, Benedikt has become deeply immersed in the AI revolution — not just as an observer, but as a practitioner, integrating artificial intelligence into financial workflows, building automated systems, and helping organizations understand how AI can transform their operations.
